Chemstation on a GC

We have an Agilent 7890A, when you strt chemstation and the method doesn't match the instrument configuration it asks for confirmation before uploading the method back to the GC.

Is there a way to stop this....I ask because we would like to start using the scheduler.

One column needs a long flush at 200C before the run starts, the run itself is also very long, so it would be nice to automatically start it when no one is around.

But because the oven program temps dont match it allways asks for confirmation...I had a look in the m,acr commands but seem to spot one

OK, which version of ChemStation are you running? B04.02 SP1 should be the latest one. If you are not content ask Agilent to replace it with EZChrom.
The .Net driver in bit applications check for configuration mismatches. In EZchrom I believe this is now user configurable.
BTW, the successor to ChemStore is OpenLAB, which is a leap forward! Have a serious look at it.
