I am confusing in integration of peaks of a chromatogram. I got 2 peaks for a chiral compound, but not baseline separation. How can we integrate those two peaks (either insert peak or split peak). On what basis, we have to choose these integration. Please suggest me.

Can you sum the peaks together - not likely or you wouldn't be trying to separate using a chiral column. I'd say the answer depends upon how much separation/resolution you're getting. Can you post a chromatogram?
