What does a split ratio of 60:1 mean in empower?

In empower if I need a split ratio of 60:1 do I put in 60?

Does empower ask for the first number in the ratio and assume it's in proportion to 1?

Yes, in Empower, entering 60 would represent a split ratio of 60:1.
