carousel motor fault with Agilent 1888 HSS

Hi,
we recently bought Agilent 1888 HSS coupled to 6890 GC and did not run even real sample. have been playing around for few days with different temperature of oven, loop and transfer line and suddenly "carousel motor falut" appeared on the PC and hardware error on the HSS display. As the trobleshooting advises I checked if there is any foreign material but there is nothing inside. The Agilent technician recommended site visit for which i do not have money. Anyone who faced similar experience?

If you bought it recently it should still be under guarantee.

As a general comment - you need to budget spares and repairs when you buy this kind of fancy kit; if it sits unused for lack of a service call you have completely wasted the capital investment.
