Hi,

I got one compound and calculate the log -p value. It is 2.95 and -0.99 I calculate this value from ACD-lab software.
Now the question is what is meaning of these two type of log-p values and what is significance of log -p value for HPLC analysis.
Please give me the satisfactory literature.
