Hello

I would to know, how do you calculate maximun mass to inyected in HPLC column? or how do you calculate mass packaging of a HPLC column?

Thanks in advance!!!

There is no true upper limit of how much mass can be injected onto a column. It primarily depends on how much separation you are willing to sacrifice, as well as a few other things such as details on the running conditions.
Similarly, the "mass of packing" in a column depends on a lot of different things, most importantly the specific pore volume of the packing.

I assume that you want to do some preparative chromatography. If you give more details about what you want to do, better answers can be provided.
