Print Scaling Problem with TotalChrom on Citrix

Hello from the new guy,
We use 2 Citrix servers for access to PerkinElmer TotalChrom that resides on 2 other servers, a license server and an application server.
Our problem is with the scaling of any chromatogram printed in Landscape, on any and all printers, via either of the Citrix boxes
For example a peak timestamp of 7.25 lines up on the time line axis at ~8.7. Printing the same chromatogram in Portrait on either Citrix box looks fine.
Also, printing the same chromatogram in Landscape from outside the Citrix servers on either the license or application server looks fine.
Any ideas?
