Calculating the Significant Bias (SB) for LOQ?

I ran my Limit of quantitation and got peak areas of 599,605,597,607,604 and 611 for six injections. how do i calculate the Significant Bias on these peak areas?....i would greatly appreiciate you guys help on this.
