Dear all,
I need to analyze the molecular weight of polyacrylamide in my lab. But there is no any idea about this method. Any body have such experience or mature method to do this, pls help me.
aqueous phase? buffer and salt?
flow? standard? temprature?column?and so on.

and

the more detail, the better. Thank you.

There is one more item that is needed for a complete description of the columns to be used: the estimated average molecular weight and distribution of your polyacrylamide samples.

The columns to be used are hydrophilic polymer columns such as the Utrahydrogel family of Waters. The typical eluent for these columns and this sample is water with about 0.1 M NaNO3. Room temperature. Flowrate: 1 mL/min for a 7.8 mm column bank.

If you call up the column manufacturer with the molecular weight range needed, they will be able to recommend the correct set of columns in the bank.
