Would anyone know if its possible to process chormatography generated in Empower (Empower 2 Build 2154 Feature release 3 Service Pack2) with Chemstation? We have the capacity to go the opposite way with being able to process chromatography generated by Chemstation in Empower.

If this is not possible, can you do a blank injection subtraction with the version of Empower I've meantioned above?

Thanks in advance,
Rob

I have a copy of the waters Technical document -Step by Step guide to LC baseline Subtraction in a PDF document.

I used it in a previous job with Empower 2 software

E-mail me at gknox@pos.ca and I'll send you a copy.

Hi JGK,

I was wondering if you still have that Tech doc for the baseline subtraction, if you do, is it also possible to get a copy of it?

Thanks
Greg

If Waters has an Export to AIA (*.cdf), the Agilent ChemStation will import these files for processing and reporting.
