Hi All,

Would anyone have any resource links regarding the use of 'valley to valley' integration events. I am trying to find out if it is an acceptable industry practice to use these events. Also wondering if it is an acceptable practice to use valley to valley for the system suit chromatogram only.

Anyone have any ideas?

Valley-to-valley integration is appropriate only when you evidence that there is an underlying baseline shift (e.g., when there is a "lump" in your blank).
