Coupling UPLC columns in series

What are people using to say couple 2 x 15 cm columns for high resolution applications? Is there any way to enable as low to zero volume connection as possible? Also how would you fit into the column oven?
PS. I am switching over to the four column manager in the near future.

You could use a 1 or 2 uL acquity sample loop.
You can not fit the pair of them in the column oven.
You will not be able to run reasonable flow rates without using very high temperatures.

One can achieve extremely high efficiency using 3um particles at pressures / temperatures conducive to conventional HPLC systems.
Below is data for 500x4.6mm, 3um Cadenza CD-C18 column (room temp):

The data I've seen using 2um particle (and equivalent efficiency) usually requires very high temp (>70C).

There are zero volume unions available, and you should also use narrow bore stainless steels tubings. Two columns in series will double the back pressure if you keep the flowrate the same. Think about the pump and the pressure limits of valves and/or column itself.
