Perkin Elmer ATD 400 user manual.

Hello,

I am looking for an e-copy of Perkin Elmer ATD 400 thermal desorption unit user manual. I am not sure if such an e-copy exists, but i would really appreciate if i can have a copy from anyone who may have it.
