chemstation software problem

I have agilent 1200 series system connected to both DAD and FAD detectors earlier we use to select the detectors by clicking on file and by cliking on specific detector but now when we click on the file nothing is coming I dont know what went wrong.
Please help me if anybody have some information about it, how to rectify it.

I'd look at the Signal Details window (you may have "load using signal details" but no signals selected. Or you need a remote cable to the computer itself to the stack.
