Hello everyone
I have a problem with analysis of Phytylbromide by GC. I found that its boiling temperature is 391.1±11.0 °C(Predicted). Is this value correct? This means that Its very low volatile. Exist some way to increase its volatility, for example by some kind of derivatization, or should I try HPLC? Thanks for help

Tetracosane also boils at 391C, and that is straighforward to analyse by GC. Thermal stability is a more important question.
