Custom Fields with two API's

Hello,

I am running an analysis that has two API's that need to be quantified (for both Assay and Impurities) and i need to use two different processing methods (one for the standard and one for the sample. The sample set is set up to injection all impurities standards (both working and check) and then all assay (both working and check) then the samples. The assay and impurities are evaluated in the same preparation using the different standard concentrations. Because I have the impurities analysis I need to create a separate processing method to include all impurities and also quantify them. Is there a way to process and set up custom fields to calibrate with one PM and then quantitate with another? if so how do i set it up.
When I was working, we could do that using Agilent Chemstation. We would create a second Method-R.M, and enter that method into the Sequence Table as Method-R.M and save as a different sequence name, and make sure that the software was set to re-process using the second Method.

Understand I was most familiar with A revision Chemstations and a little with version C, never did B. But C wasn't that much different to my little brain....
First up, let's get confirmation that you're running Empower - correct me if I'm wrong...
If so, do google some of the past seminar slide decks for how to set this sort of thing up. I doubt you will need as much in the way of CFs as you suspect.
Thanks,
DR
