HTA Autosamplers

Does anyone have experience with HTA Autosamplers? I'm getting a new GCMS and am considering this autosampler: https://www.hta-it.com/products/2800t.html
Looks very neat, IF, it works as advertised! We currently do just split/splitless injections, but get quite a few requests for headspace. Is this a solution to everything? Or would I be better just going with a tried and trusted autosampler (Agilent)

I have never used this one but it is cute. Very compact. Seems like you might even be able to install it yourself.

I use it for SPME pretty much exclusively but their static headspace feature works just like everyone else's. The software is good as well. Very easy to learn.
