Our lab purchased SPE unit from Promochrom Technologies. We are in the process of setting it up for NDMA by EPA 521 but we have been seeing inconsistent recoveries which we suspect may be related to the drying step. Can someone share their SPE method steps with us? What is your pressure and N2 flow at the unit? We would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

p.s.: I searched their website and I could only find application for dioxane. I adopted the drying step from the app, 2.5L/min N2 at 30 psi, getting unacceptable results.
p.s.s.: We also have AutoTrace 280 for EPA 521 on which we are getting good results.
What brand/bed size are your cartridges? How fast is your sample flow?
I'd hypothesize that too high of pressure/N2 can actually push them back off the carbon. How much do the parameters on your autotrace differ?
