Hello, I have a couple older Waters 2695 HPLC units, that work well, except the screens are getting really hard to read due to pixelation and dead lines. Does any one know of a reliable source for these screens? I've fixed just about everything else on these, but never looked into this part. I have found some screens on ebay, but not a lot of information. any advice appreciated, just trying to get a couple more years out of them.

thanks,

They're available as far as I know, but installing them is a real chore. It's just about the first thing mounted in a 2690/5 and consequently, you have to come pretty close to fully disassembling the thing to get to it.
Thanks,

Thanks DR, any chance you can recommend a reliable supplier? I see by the number of views there are a lot of folks with the same problem.

thanks,

Eric
Sadly, I suspect Waters and EBAY may well be your only options. There was an outfit based in Chicago called Delta Technical something or other that used to do field service on Waters stuff. If they exist now, they may be able to help.
Thanks,
DR
