Prostar 230 Remote control

Hello

I'm having a connection issue. I have a Varian Prostar 230 pump connected to my PC via a GPIB cable, and for some reason, I can't control the pumps from the Galaxie software.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Use Star Work Station 7.46 version, Galaxy is not good
