Thermo LTQ Negative Ion Gain Calibration

I am attempting to calibrate the negative ion mode gain for our Thermo LTQ (see below for version info).
It keeps failing and due to weak signal, but I can see the signal(s) for the Ultramark 1621.
My current settings are -1500V for both MP1 & MP2 high gain, and -1400V for both MP1 & MP2 norm gain as shown below.
Do I need to go even higher or is there something else I am missing? These multipliers are basically new.
