Agilent Ion Trap Software ISO

I have searched far and wide, and cannot seem to find a single copy of the ion trap control software. I am trying to revive a 6320 QIT from the early 2000's. If anyone can share a copy of the ion trap control software, I'd be happy to pay for it!
