I am collecting CE data (Sciex PA800+) in Chromeleon and the peak area units are in mAU*min. I would like to convert this to microvolts to compare system suit with a method that collected data in 32 Karat and Empower. Is there a known conversion for this using Chromeleon? I know with Waters detectors 1AU=1 volt, not sure if this holds for this system or software.
