LC chemstation problem

Hi All,

Just got a problem with the chemstation software. In the method & run window, all the icons in the data presentation area (just after the column and DAD icons) are grayed. We still can run a test and see the peaks from the online monitor. However the signal data files have not been automatically saved, so we cannot load the files in data analysis. Does anyone know how to fix the problem? DO we have to re-install the software? THX.

Exactly what modules do you have? I'm betting you do NOT see a red line on the online monitor window at the time of injection, I've seen that when there needs to be a remote cable attached to the computer to the stack, or from an internal A/D to the stack. If A/D being used, is there a check in the "Save Data" box?
