Has anyone ever used the following Hydrogen Generator Brand?
MSE PRO™ Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) Hydrogen Generator
If not, can someone recommend some other more affordable manufacturers?
We have used Parker and Vici in the past and presently.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

I am not a huge fan of Parker generators. Switched to LNI Swissgas - HG Pro model. Used with FIDs and MS's. No carrier gas issues, and for the most part low maintenance.

I've got a lab full of them: 2 X 1300, an 800, and a 500. So previously I would disagree with you. They used to be excellent. Solid, reliable generators, great service, etc. But after the last 3-4 years and a long list of near comical completely ridiculous dealings with them, ranging from devices failing under initial warranty, and them then taking months to repair, to receiving a new $40K generator that was leaking internally at near the maximum delivery rate ("just run it overnight and see if it gets better"; turns out the cell was assembled incorrectly), I'd too recommend staying away from them if at all possible.

How long have you been using the LNI model? We have had issues with Parker and Peak units.

About 4 years ish is the oldest. So, perhaps too early to tell. All the LNI's had varying degrees of installation problems primarily with setting up the optional external water tank, but only 1 ever required a repair and it was done quickly/easily under warranty (and it was still functioning, it just could only use the water in the internal tank so it needed to be topped up more frequently. Like once per week instead of every 2-3 weeks - not a big deal). I like the small Peak air generator but nothing else lol.

To be honest, we haven't tested any MSE device. However, we have received many requests from Indian lab-grown diamond manufacturers. They want our electrolyzer to replace LNI's electrolyzer, which broke down after two years of use.
We also offer ulatr-pure h2 generator, if you're interested:
