My name is Carlos Navarro, i am student of chemistry in the University of Antioquia (Medellin - Colombia) in the last semester.
As graduate work, I am developing a method to separate polyunsaturated fatty acids for HPLC; in the laboratory we have a HPLC equipment with detection UV and Fluorescence.
I write this message in order to find any help in the way to look a suitable method and so begin the practice work, i need to know the best type of column and the best derivatization reagent.
Thanks for the paid attention.
