Interfacing a Waters GBIP HPLC and Micromass LAN MS/MS?

I have been trying to revive an old waters system to no avail. The HPLC and PDA work great, but I cannot get Masslynx to work with them. In Windows XP, they will almost configure, but I get the error that the PCI card cannot be found at address 30 when I try to run the software despite both the HPLC and PDA being recognized during the configuration editor in masslynx. All GBIP addresses are correct. When I tried to start fresh in windows 7, I've ran into even more problems simply trying to run IO libraries. Perhaps I need a different PCI/GBIP card? I was just using the same card to run my 6890GC/5973MSD with no problems at all. I should note, I dont have the mass specs hooked up and am just trying to run masslynx with the HPLC and PDA, I need to figure out the best way to add the MSD into the mix. Perhaps a National Instruments LAN to GBIP adapter? Any and all questions and or advice is gladly welcome.
Heres the rundown of the frankenstein system I am struggling to configure:
OS: Windows 7, or Windows XP (I have tried on both)
PCI Card: 82350B PCI GPIB Card
Software: Masslynx 4.1 SCN 805
HPLC: Waters 2695 (GBIP)
PDA: Waters 2996 (PDA)
MS/MS: Waters Micromass ZQ, Micromass Quattro (I have both, and both are LAN)

You have a special HP card. For Waters control have to use National Instrument IEEE card. The card driver v 2.8 can be found in the Masslynx CD. It is good for Win XP. For Win 7 or Win 10 download the version 17.6 driver.

Sounds good, thanks for the reply. Does the LAN cable from the mass spec plug directly into the computer or do I need some sort of switch/hub?
I just ordered a National Instruments PCI-GPIB IEEE 488.2 DAQ Card 183617G-01, it says copyright 1998 but I am hoping it will work.

After trying every possible solution, I figured out the PCI/GPIB card I bought off ebay was the problem and was faulty. I was able to secure another one locally, and alas have the HPLC and PDA talking to the masslynx software. I read in the manual that when using an ancillary detector with masslynx that the signal should be routed using analog cables from the PDA to the MS computer, but since I have no MS, I am wondering if that is the problem. The software recognizes the PDA and HPLC but I cant seem to get it to aquire data. I know the data can be read over GPIB alone since that is how millenium/empower aquire it.
There is a dummy MS tune file, but I believe thats only to be used if the MS is connected but not being used. I have reinstalled the software with no MS selected, but still cant seem to get it to work.
Anyone got any ideas?

Post your e-mail address, I can send you detailed instructions how to set up the PC for MassLynx to communicate with the instrument on LAN.
