Good morning everyone;
I want to use the Folch method in order to separate lipids of milk with the aim to analyze them later for HPLC.
My question now is: what volume or proportion of milk is appropriate to separate the fats from the water in milk matrix?

What method is the useful in order to carry out the milk separation?
