I'm using Galaxie software controlling a Varian CP4900. I want to take regular injections over a long period (like 1 injection per hour for 100 hours), but I can't find a way to set that up in a sequence.
I tried to make the length of a method be 1 hour, and just do repeat injections of that method, but the longest it will do is 600 seconds. This seems to be limited by the Run time (in the method -->Controls --> Data Acquisition) which has a maximum of 600 s.
There's also an Acquisition time setting in the methods, and also a Run Time column in the sequence, but even if I set these to longer, it will stop at 600 seconds no matter what.
Is there a way to do make longer runs, or any alternative way to do scheduled, hourly samplings?
(In principle I could do hundreds of 600 s runs repeatedly, but I don't want to do that many extra injections to avoid unnecessary wear and tear. Also the GC randomly stops if it's been doing too many injections in a row).
