Parker Balston Nitroflow 60 Pump, Questions

We bought a used Parker Balston Nitroflow 60 which has an integral scroll compressor. We're not familiar with the machine so hoping someone here might be. I am trying to figure a few things out:
1. When the compressor turns off from reaching pressure, the scroll pump runs backwards for a few seconds. Is this normal?

2. The nitrogen membrane has a constant flow out of the o2 exhaust even if nitrogen is not being used. Is this normal? Should flow from this exhaust stop when n2 is not being consumed?
3. The compressor cycles every minute due to the flow out of the membrane unit's O2 exhaust as noted above. How frequently should it cycle when the n2 is not being consumed?
Thanks!
