Hello
Step 1 is to check that carrier gas is getting to the inlet. Is the pressure setpoint the same as the pressure actual?

Hello, thank you for your reply.
When I lauched my analysis, the actual pressure and setpoint pressure were same. But, midway it started beeping, and the pressure went to zero and is showed SPL1 PPC SHUTDOWN on the GC interface.

If you provide detailed info, you'll probably get better answers here.
Watch the pressure during a run. The setpoint might increase along with the temperature, and maybe the supply pressure isn't high enough to keep up with it. The solution would be to make sure the supply pressure from your regulator is high enough, and (as is the case 90% of the time with GC) to fix any leaks.

Hello,
Thank you so much for your response. The problem is resolved, turns out the pressure regulator was not working properly and as a result the carrier gas pressure was not reaching the setpoint.
