Good Afternoon,

I am using the Chromatogram option in MassLynx all the time but found myself having to reshuffle the layout quite often. Would anyone be able to help with how to save layouts (e.g. all MRMs, multiple samples, etc.)?

Many thanks.

Kind Regards,

Boris.
I use the ChroTool utility for this. It is in the chromatogram window Display menu. In the ChroTool window, add a group and name it, then add a Chromatogram and give it a name. For Type, I use Mass/Channel, select the function number I want, and for the Channel I use Ch1. (My chromatograms are individual mass transitions in individual functions for each compound.) The ChroTool file can be saved as you like. That's the way I do it, anyway, not necessarily the best.
