DIONEX - ascorbic acid

I am using the Dionex ICS5000+ system to analyze oxidized carbohydrates. One of the reagents in my solution is ascorbic acid. Although it is common for ascorbic acid not to appear in chromatograms in similar analyses conducted by other researchers, in my case, it has been prominently present, appearing close to the peaks of interest. What would be the best approach to mitigate this issue?

The concentrations do not exceed 1 mM of ascorbic acid. The concentrations used are the same as those employed by researchers using this equipment.

"Close to the peaks of interest" is not the same as "interfering with the peaks of interest". No interference means no problem.

"it is common for ascorbic acid not to appear in chromatograms": Is it really "not to appear" or is it "not to be integrated and marked"?
