My lab is looking at purchasing a Gerstel Multipurpose sample robotic smart series sampler with their Headspace unit to attach to a GC/FID/MS unit.

Has anyone used Gerstel autosamplers? How easy are they to use - hardware and software? Repairs? How responsive are they to service calls? Reliability? Everyday user experience?

Thank you.

Christy
Hi,
Does you lab need gas generators (hydrogen, nitrogen, air)? We are original manufacturer existing over 15 years and earn good reputation because of quality and price. Reach me at +86 18560232496 or success-simon@ql-spe.com for more information, thank you!

I worked with Gerstel MPS and their Robotic Pro. They are nice instruments. I worked in flavors though I recently switched to fragrances. Biggest issue I had was there is no sticky syringe sensors on liquid so it got to the point where before starting every sequence we had to take out the syringe, check it, and rinse it by hand. Those suckers are expensive when the sampler scrunches plungers.
