Hi everyone!
I'm new to this group. I have an agilent 7820A GC that is connected to a 5975 MSD. I was recently advised from a contact at agilent that I required a new EPC module as we were having issues with the inlet. On the Chemstation application it was not recognizing the inlet at all, even failing to show the icon for the inlet. So as a result the inlet was not reaching pressure/Temp set points. After a bit of back and forward we decided it must be the module. I have installed the new one today and we are no further forward. It now recognizes the EPC module and will come up to temperature but no helium pressure is coming through on the inlet or column. Has anyone else had this issue before? Could it be hardware issues or software configuration problems?
Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated!
