Hi!
I have a Xevo TQSmicro (coupled to a UPLC instrument) with an ESI ionization source.
Recently, in the midle of an injection an error poped up saying that the desvolvation temperature was not setteling.
Ever sinc that moment the temperature stays at 40ºC and does not go up to 600ºC which is where the method sets the temperature.
We have tried changing the source to an APCI source and the temperature goes up without problems.
It was diagnosed then that the problem is probably caused by electrical failure of the source so a new ESI source is tested but the problem remains.
Can anyone help me with this problem? What can we do to solve it?
