report manager? sequence fatal error

Hi guys, I am having a problem with running sequence which I guess is related to report manager.
I was trying to run a sequence on my GC-MSD (HP5890/5972A) and I found my sequence will stop after on run but the screnn shows "fatal sequence error " and sequence halted. There is also a "report manager"window showing up asking me for a "system name". so bascially i can only run samples one by one becasue of this thing showing up.. anyone had such experience?
Even when I open up the standalone Data analysis #1, this window will show up too.
i did go to "productivity tool" yesterday and clicked "report manager". under "edit entire method", i do not see the report options anymore, it is replaced by this "report manager" window...
please help me out!!! Thanks a lot!
