Hi all,
The GC-TQ from SCION in my lab cannot finish the autotune (EI). We cleaned the ion source, changed the multiplier and filaments, and baked out the detector, but it still had the same problem. Then we loaded a previous Tune, we could tune Q3 but not Q1, and the sensitivity of Q3 tune was much lower than expected. It cannot do air/water check. I noticed in the newest Q3 tune report the repeller max is 48V and the detector max is 1.22kV, is it abnormal for a cleaned detector? And are there any other things I can check?
Thank you very much for your suggestions.
dear yyann, can you find a solution for this problem? i'm facing with a problem same as you. I'm appreciate if you can explain how to solve this problem
