Filtration of end extract after SALLE

Hi all,
We are looking to do a SALLE prep for the analysis of Benzodiazepines in whole blood by LC-MS/MS. I could not find in the literature any recommendations for filtration of the end extract, however, I am a little hesitant about running the supernatant straight on the LC-MS/MS.
Has anyone had any experience with the above? If yes, any recommendations on the prep and, if applicable, potential filtration media?
