Hi.
I paraphrase your question:
Who can perform the qualification IQ/OQ for Agilent system, to meet the manufacturer's specifications, using Chemstation?

Of course, Agilent service engineers can help. Give them a call.

The qualification task will be more difficult than you think. (I have been there). Please consider to get help.
Hello

If you have Chemstation with "Verification" tab you can do it on your own. All you need is:
-certified flowmeter (or volumentric flask and watch)
-certified thermometer
-standards for UV/RI/FLD detector
