I am trying to find out how to work out peak ratio and peak split ratios within masshunter quant or qual software. In our old software from a different brand we printed the peaks off and manually measured the width and height to calculate the ratios but I believe this can be done automatically by the Masshunter software but I am unsure how.
In the Quant software there is a table if you scroll down the menu on the left side in Method Edit, that is for resolution. In the main view window of Quant you just have to use the Add/Remove column menu item to add the resolution column to the view and it should display resolution for any that you included a value for in the Edit window.

I am not at my computer with the Mass Hunter software at the moment or I could give the exact menu in edit you need, but it is not difficult to find.
The past is there to guide us into the future, not to dwell in.
