Shimadzu GCMS autotune failing 502 intensity

I have a GCMS=QP2020NX from shimadzu that started failing a 502 check after changing the column. I cleaned the source, changed the filaments, cleaned the lens stack, cleaned the rods. Still nothing.

Any ideas?

Revert older column

Check the position of the column at the ion source. It is sensitive to the geometry.
