Chromeleon 6.7 installation issue...

Hi,
I have a DX500 system with chromeleon 6.7 installed on a PC with windows XP.
I bought it from outside of the country so I need to change the language of the computer to English and a fresh installation seems to be the way.
The thing is that I cannot find the installation software of Chromeleon...
I only have the Green USB WIBU dongle whith has "CM Dionex" on it and a serial number.
Does anyone know how I could acquire the CD-ROM with the installation files to re-install windows and use it properly with my own dongle?
