Cleanest phosphate buffer available?

Could anyone provide guidance on what phosphate salts (type, manufacturer, specification) provide the cleanest baselines please?
We often use potassium phosphate for method development at low and mid pH but very often see system peaks at the higher organic (typically acetonitrile) end of our gradients which can interfere with quantification of sample. We never go above 80% v/v so I don't believe it is precipitating out. We also use ultra pure water and have checked that this isn't the source of the contamination.
Any comments would be very welcome, particularly if anyone has found 'cleaner' mobile phases can be produced by titrating phosphoric acid (not tried this yet).
