I recently moved a Waters Acquity HPLC that was working great. When I set it up after the move, I am getting the following error on the sampling module:
"General Error: Move Wash Out of Range"
Can't seem to find much information on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looking through the acquity manual the options are rehoming/resetting the sample manager via the instrument control panel., power off and on the instrument and call a waters engineer if that fails, sorry for the lack of help but that tends to be waters instructions for all errors.
I can't find your specific error message but this is the closest extract to what you describe,
Sample pressure low
(value): possibly no wash
solvent or needle damaged
Possible cause: Wash solvents low or empty.
Resolution: Refresh wash solvents and prime
the sample manager.
Possible cause: Damaged sample needle.
Resolution: Run “Change Needle” diagnostic
and inspect sample needle for damage. Replace
if damaged.
Possible cause: Loose plumbing connection or
leaking injection seal.
Resolution: Verify fittings and ferrules are tight
and replace if necessary.
Possible cause: Pressure regulator out of range
(low).
Resolution: Call Waters Technical Service
Good luck and all the best,

What kind of sample manager is it?
Don't know this issue but it reads like the the needle cannot move freely.
If it is the fixed-loop sample manager I probably would power off the module, then check manually if the needle and its arm can be moved or if the needle is stuck in the wash station.
Then I would try to lift the needle up and move the arm to any arbitrary position. Then power on again.
maybe it then manage to initialize fully.
Afterwards you may check xyz calibrations
>see maintenance procedures.
But a phone call with Waters service is also a good option and ask for advice.
