Hi all,

We have a 5890 series IIplus dual-fid running with chemstation B.04.02 that we recently brought out of retirement. Overall it is running well, however the time signal (x-axis) on the chemstation online plot window is out of whack. Seems like it is about 5x too fast, so when the GC says 1.0 min of runtime, the signal graphics in the online plot display about 5min. So by the end of a 30 min run, it is displaying about 150min on the graphics window below.

The "elapsed time" in the status bar above the signals is correct, and matches up with the instrument actuals.

Any ideas?

The readme.txt file on my B.04.02 disk tells me that the 5890 is no longer supported by the ChemStation.

Our 5890 systems use A.06.03.

Our series II are running A.06.03. I do have a series I running B.01.02 (I think) in Win3.1. For the B.01.02 system the time is adjusted by arrows next to the 'time' setting.
