GPC of dextrins: tailing problems
Posted: Thu Jan 21, 2010 3:21 pm
Hello, everyone!
I am running alpha amylase treated dextrins (mixtures of simple sugars and oligosacchrides) on Superdex 30, but now have severe tailing problems with my samples.
When I run the standards, e.g. glcose, there is no tailing.
but when I ran dextrins, the tailing become very long. even i reduced the injection volume, still the tailing is there.
I used 0,05M NaCl in water as eluent.
Anyone has any idea please kindly help me.
