Sequence aborting prior to injection

Hi all,

Puzzling situation with an Agilent 6890 GC running Chemstation (Version B.04.03).

I've set up my method and created my sequence. All method parameters have been reached and the GC status is showing as ready. Upon clicking START the green ready bar is going to blue as per usual and saying that the sequence is running. Nothing happens for a few seconds (no movement of the A/S arm or anything else) and the status bar turns to yellow and says SEQUENCE ABORTING.

I've been through the method parameters, re-created the method from scratch, looked at the sequence parameters for any obvious issues but nothing is standing out. I've also tried the famous "turn off an on again option". I've tried just running a single injection (run method option) and the A/S picked up vial 2 and ran it. This vial happened to be the standard which gave a perfect chromatogram.

A bit stumped so if anyone has any experience of this problem and knows how to solve it I'm all ears.

Problem resolved!

For some reason the designated location of the saved sequence file was different to that specified in the sequence parameters section. I had a feeling that it was something to do with the sequence file given a single injection worked the other day.

One to look out for in future.
