How to make calibrate curve?

Hello everyone; I’m quite new in chromatography. I have the experiment to quantify the metabolite concentration in my tissue sample. I have to make a calibrate curve, but I don't know how much to adjust the appropiate concentration of the lowest to the highest dilution to make a calibrate curve. Please give me some advices.
