HPLC dionex 3000 detection problem

Hello,
We have a problem with our HPLC Dionex 3000. It seems like it is not detecting. We tried purging (and got some air when doing so), the baseline seems to be ok apart from few dips in the very beginning.
Below is the baseline and spectras (normal and the same sample ran again).
